NO PERIOD 11 WEEKS AFTET D&C ?!

So I had a miscarriage early January and was put on misoprostal 4x until finally after 4 months, an OBGYN decided that maybe it was time I had a d&c; 🤔

I had the d&c; April 6 and have still not had my period ! All I have is discharge as if I’ve been ovulating for a month now. I took a blood & urine pregnancy test at the doctors which was negative 9 weeks after the d&c.;

Has this happened to anyone ?!
