What can I do to relieve my cold symptoms?

Hiii so I got my BFP this week and I’ve had an aweful cold! Nurse said not to take any meds, that I can do Tylenol and fluids. I’ve had sinus issues and when I get sick I get bad congestion and sinus pressure headaches.....anyone have similar and have a way to naturally soothe it??

All I do when I'm sick is Tylenol, water and sleep. Steamy showers are a great temporary reliever. It sucks when you can't do much while pregnant. Tdy a cold towel on your head too. I had a killer headache the other night, so hubby gave me a cold towel and it eased the pain.
