Is this a fake ultrasound?

I did a reverse google search but nothing came up. I just dont want this guy being fooled. My reason for believing it’s fake is because 1. There’s no West Medical Center in our area. 2. It’s not a picture that has been taken of an ultrasound, it’s a screenshot. 3. Part of the picture is cropped out. 4. I could be wrong but that baby does look a little more developed than just a few weeks & I don’t think you would just “lose” or “pass” a baby that size.
