Raspberries for nausea?

Anyone heard of raspberries for nausea or morning sickness? I’ve tried almost every remedy and not much has worked. One of my girlfriends told me about raspberries before getting out of bed. She said that was the only thing that worked for her. That definitely sounds tastier than saltines first thing in the morning! I googled and found some evidence supporting this! Why isn’t this little bit of extra info everywhere?! I’m definitely trying this in the morning, just wanted to know if anyone else had tried it.
