Postpartum weight loss
Was wondering what the typical amount of weight loss you can expect right out of the hospital? And what typically follows 1 week postpartum?
Just had my 2nd baby and I’m really working to get back to my pre-baby weight more quickly than after my first (actually never fully lost all the weight from my first). But I want to be realistic AND do it healthfully. It all starts in the mind so I don’t want to create these unrealistic expectations for myself only to be disappointed when I don’t reach them.
