No norm symptoms

Has anyone not experienced the typical early pregnancy symptoms or had very mild symptoms? Or perhaps none of the normal nausea and sore breasts in the early weeks?

I am 7 days late now. I have the faintest cramping and I’ve felt like I’ve had a slight cold for the past week. My skins super dry and I’m needing to urinate all the time! Plus I’m so so exhausted, and I’m extra moody and emotional, plus a few other tmi things. But no nausea or sore breasts and a bunch of negative tests 🤷🏻‍♀️ With all that, I don’t have have normal PMs symptoms either. Which is generally a light cramp followed by stronger cramps then my period.

There is a part of me that is hoping that all this means I could be pregnant, but the BFN has me like 🙄

Any advise would be so so appreciated!!
