Please Read. Pre term labor signs?early dilation? Ftm

so, i rarely post very personal things, but I need to talk to some people who know what I'm talking about. A couple days ago, I started leaking through my underwear and my shorts. It didn't have a scent so I thought I should probably get looked at. The next day i lost a good amount of my mucus plug, but wasn't really worried because it regenerates. I have been crampy as well. Then the leaking thing happens again. I went to my doctor yesterday and had an amnio test done to make sure it wasn't amniotic fluid. It turned out not to be and they sent me home. But something still didn't/doesn't feel right. I've been taking it easy because i just don't feel good. When I got home I started having a lot of dull pain in my lower back and occasional stomach cramps. When I tried to sleep, I started having contractions. I guess they were B&H;, but a little more painful than usual. (i drink a lot of water.) It was really dull in my back and my stomach tight and kind of pinchy feeling all across it and through my back. I had about 3 or 4 not too far apart before I finally dozed off. I didnt say anything to my husband because i didnt want to make a big deal out of nothing. I woke up 8 times last night because I was hurting so bad, particularly in my back. My husband gets up at 7 and leaves at 7:30am every morning for work. normally i am up before him and i stay up. I didnt even budge. I looked up and he was dressed about to leave. I felt really disoriented like i could barely hold my eyes open and i cannot stress enough how out of the ordinary that is for me. I passed back out and slept until 12:30pm! I was still having a hard time keeping my eyes open but i came out to the living room and tried to watch tv. I decided i was still too tired and went back to bed and slept until 3:30pm. I would have slept longer had it not been raining. i had to put the windows down. then my husband called. I have just been laying around I am still exhausted. zero energy. I am currently having really sharp, pinchy pains across my lower stomach and in my pelvic area. i also get a sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen down to my vagina, that has happened since last night. I feel like they should have gave me a pelvic exam yesterday. A lot of people say that their doc did one after they lost their plug just to be sure that they arent dilated. It was a nurse that did my test and neither me or my husband cared for her very much. I feel very rundown, extremely nauseas, (i  have ate though, thinking it was that) and uncomfortable. I had a few minutes of pressure above my pelvic bone that comes and goes every once in a while but does not stay. I am just concerned because im still having pinchy, sharp like pains down low, lightening crotch along with that btw, and dull back pain and i am exhausted. I will be 29 weeks tmrw. Has anyone had symptoms or gut feeling like this and been dilated or had complications like pre mature birth or had to be hospitalized so that they didnt go into labor? i really dont think i am just overthinking. i feel like i should have been more thoroughly checked. please no rude comments. im posting anonymously because a lot of people on this app are extremely mean. I would say go to the ER especially with you being 29 weeks because if you are in labor, they can try to stop it and if they cant they will give you something to mature your baby's lungs. If you really feel like something is off, be stern about it once you get there. You're the only one that can speak up for your baby. Good Luck and let us know what's going on

Girl you should seriously go in to L&D; and ask them to hook you up to check on baby. Tell them your s/s, let them know this is very out of the ordinary for you and that you have a gut feeling of something being wrong especially since you’re so early. Please don’t brush It off unless you are just feeling 100% better already.  I would go soon.

Go to the emergency room. I lost part of my mucus plug at 25 weeks. I had back pain, nausea, fatigue for a day or so. Then I felt like I had to poop all the time...just overwhelming pressure. My OB said I was exaggerating. That I was having Braxton Hicks. Told me to go home eat and take it easy 🙄. 
The next day I went into labor...
I say get a second opinion. There is no such thing as exaggerating. Demand whatever you feel necessary to ease your mind. You are your baby’s advocate. I wish I would have been adamant. I could have went on bed rest or something.

I’d would highly encourage you to call down to labor and delivery. Give a run down of your symptoms (especially the pain and pressure!) and see what they think. In all likelihood they may ask you to come down to be monitored, just to make sure everything is OK and you aren’t registering contractions on the monitor. Especially with you being 29 weeks, if you are experiencing preterm labor issues there are some interventions they will need to make on behalf of your little babe. Wishing you the best!
