Cm and pregenancy pic TMI

I am officially a day late for my period and was wondering if any ladies have had this cm and been pregenant. I have taken two test and they cam back negative so I'm waiting until I'm a week or two late to test again. I had tingling in my left boob for the past couple of days that would come and go and have had some light cramping.
