2nd pregnancies

Question for all the mommas out there that have had 2nd, 3rd pregnancies...did your uterus/abdominal area feel different soon after conception? I'm guessing that I'm about 9-10 dpo. I don't remember this with my 1st pregnancy so I'm just curious if this is common with second pregnancies. I can't really describe the sensation, "fluttery cramps" maybe? It's lasted for a few days so I don't think it could be implantation cramping. Might be something else but I was curious to hear from some of you.

I told myself I would hold out until Saturday the 16th before I take a pregnancy test.
