Lower back pain?

9DPO and I'm having mild cramping and lower back pain. It feels just like aunt flow and she's not due for 5 more days.  Anyone experience this and end up with a BFP? If so, what day DPO did it start and when did you get your BFP? I know it's early for pregnancy symptoms and AF, so I'm confused.

I’m 10 days dpo with the same symptoms. I took a test and had a vfl.... baby dust to you !!!

I had this with my son. :) I cramped for days and thought AF was going to show, but she never did! Took a test the day after my missed period and it was blatantly positive! :)

I’m on 6/7DPO I’m the same getting a few niggles and cramping... also nausea is hitting me for a split second then going :/ I’ve literally had cramping since 2 days before ovulation... I really don’t wanna get my hopes up and be over dramatic 🙈 baby dust 💜🙏🏽
