Is Maalox ok to take during pregnancy? My heartburn and reflux is out of control tonight and I am going insane and about to rip my esophagus out.

I would ask your doctor about that specific one, I've never heard of it before, but you can definitely take Zantac 150 or 75 and as many tums as you want. No pepto bismal though, and I've heard no Rolaids but not from my doctor so I don't know if that's real or not.
