Morning sickness or lacking morning sickness I should say

So I haven’t been to my first ob appointment. Seen a p.a. At a tribal facility where we live. I was six weeks when I would out on 6/6/18. Now I am close to 8 weeks. Had iud it was removed apon positive test. No cramping, discharge or bleeding BUT I have not had morning sick, dizziness or a lot of nausea?? I know tubal pregnancy are common with iud should I be worried? I have always had horrible morning sickness with or both my Singleton and my twins!?
