Implantation bleeding??

Today I noticed some brownish red blood (not much) on my panty liner, beforehand felt a slight pain in my right side so I wonder if that’s what it is! My last period was Thursday, May 24. Days I ovulated on the 6th or 7th of June, I noticed CM looked like I was. Did the deed on the 3rd that would’ve been around ovulation but last period was 2 weeks late so it’s hard to know how my cycles are since being off the pill in February. 7-10 days when people notice this bleeding and it’s been like 8 or so days. I’ve had minor things happen that make me feel like I am pregnant, early weeks but today I thought I’m not going to think about it as much. Too obsessed and need to concentrate on other things and don’t want to get my hopes up. I hoped for another sign before I think again. Then this happened. So what do you ladies think? My birthday is on Saturday and how cool to get a bfp on that day! I’d be 4 or 5 days early before my period (which like I said is hit or miss on timing). So may be too early but just excited and hopeful. 😊 Thanks!!
