so scared

i am currently 9 weeks & 2 days pregnant.. but yesterday i went to the doctors and they told me i was as low as 42%.. and that they couldnt find the baby in the ultrasound and im bleeding heavily with clots and slight cramps.. its been like that for 2 days.. tmmr im going back to the doctors they are going to check my levels to see if they increased or decrease and i really pray for the best😓😩. but everything seems to shaky rn because how im bleeding.. im so scared.
