Can this be a sign!
So yesterday I had my yearly exam with my ob-gyn. He knows that I am trying to get pregnant and says everything is good.
He did say one of my ovaries is inflamed, he said I could ovulate soon. But I have already ovulated; so could this be a sign that I convinced this cycle?
