Menstrual cup help

Hey everyone

Day 1 on my period 2nd month I have had the Luna sensitive large cup and the large diva cup. I have been trying to use the push down method but can't get the cup to unfold and pop inside. I have watched so many videos and still can't get this to work. any tips?
