Awful periods
I’m 17 and I have such horrible period cramps medicine never works and my mom thinks birth control is a stupid idea .. does anyone know tricks to help sooth the pain or anything like that my life if so awful for that whole week and sometimes longer .. 😔 I wish I could tell my mom but she gets so offensive when I ask to get put on BC .. any help
