You may have spotting but you cannot have a period , a period is the shedding of the uterine lining , which flushed out an unfertilized egg.

Yes. It's sounds so weird but yes. A friend of mine is a doctor and a patient came in one day with a sore stomach and ended up giving birth that same day to a baby she didn't know she was pregnant with. she had her regular periods over that time she was pregnant. Sounds crazy and kind of impossible but yes, you can but I think it's probably very uncommon.
