Prometrium issues

ok I’ve been having some issues with a low cervix but it’s starting to get rediculous. When I went to insert my prometrium suppository tonight my cervix was right there and everything feels super swollen (not sore just big and low). It took me 2 or 3 times to try and push it out of the way to insert the progesterone. I checked it again when I was lying down and my cervix has popped back inside and doesn’t feel nearly as swollen as when I’m standing (maybe I should insert it lying down). I called my ob on call number and was reassured it’s totally normal, they’ve seen it before and everything should shift in the next few weeks. I’m hoping they are right as I feel like I’m walking around with an ill fitting tampon up there. Thank god I only have 5 days of prometrium left!
