Exercise in very early pregnancy
Hello, I know this has probably been asked loads but I love working out- weights, kettle bell training and high intensity stuff. Would carrying on all of this increase my chances of a miscarriage? I am petrified to sneeze even at the moment (I’m 4 and a half weeks!) so exercise seems even more dangerous. I’ve read loads of contradicting stuff online so wanted to know anyone’s experiences / opinions? Thank you :)
