What do you think?!

I have had a very irregular cycle since stopping BC in November and from 6/20-7/02 I had spotting and very mild cramping.  Today my husband and I were running errands and I almost had to ask him to pull over because I had a horrible wave of nausea hit me.  Tonight, I've had a dull headache and felt very light headed with random hot flashes.  Do you think these could be early signs of being pregnant?  We've been trying to conceive for almost 7months now.
