Which should be my first apartment?!💕

I know they aren’t fabulous but I literally just turned 18 and want to move out asap, and don’t have anyone to ask except you guys! and also I live in a v tiny town so even finding an open apartment is hard so don’t judge plz 👍🏼 Ps. Each place includes what’s in pictures 
1️⃣
PROS: least expensive & location is ok & has big TV and WiFi 
CONS: ugly oak color that I cannot use to match anything with & will take more money to renovate

2️⃣
PROS: price is DECENT, couch is cool and I like the island & great place for Christmas tree display 
CONS: I don’t like the shape of it and how open it is (Ik that sounds naive but I care a lot and will be decorating and remodeling it so it’ll be a little more difficult). And the same oakness.

3️⃣
PROS: super cute/my style won’t need to buy much at all, and already has everything I need including WiFi, and AMAZING location, + would be a fun place to just chill, extra room for makeup or whatever! + coffee area which I love 
CONS: MOST expensive (which will get in the way or getting a nicer/sooner car), in 15 story building so not private at all (then again the other two aren’t much more secluded, might be safer too?) also the building smells like Asian food (not trying to be rude at all but it literally has an Asian restaurant in it & many live there)

Number 1 or 2. Nice coloured cabinets aren't as important as a car and saving etc. You want to put as little money into a rental as possible so you can save more money to eventually buy a house and do the renevations you want in a house that adds value to your situation not a landlords situation. Your money should benefit your life, not someone else's. In 5 years you will not look back and think about white cabinets, but you could be looking back and thinking 'I really made good money decisions and now I'm putting a deposit down on my own home'

You’re 18. Go with the safest place, and then the cheapest if there all safe. 
It’s literally you’re first apartment. Nobody cares how fancy it is or not, it doesn’t have to be everything you dreamed of. 
Renting is literally throwing away your money to other people so that you can live there, and there all pretty much the same in terms of having a roof over your head.
Go with the cheapest option, save that extra money and put it towards something better

I vote #2. Those views look 😍. Also, are you sure you can renovate?? Many rentals do not allow you to even paint so you might want to check with the landlord.

Honest opinion....Depends on how soon you want nice things.... the first one is a good first rental. that table can be put away somewhere, you don't need to use everything there. you could ask it to be removed before you move in. Also the couch can be covered with a coloured throw of your choice. No.1 has a home'y' cottage'y' feel to it and No.2 Is a bit more open plan. There's potential to both 1-2. At 18 I'd go for the first one tbh. You are still young and you'll have more money to have fun and go out, have holidays etc. My first flat was like the first one,my kitchen was tiny compared to that one! You can even sit in that kitchen, mine's was like a arms length in each direction lol. Don't think how pretty it is because you might have terrible neighbours so I'd look into all that too before you decide. I had drug dealers above and below me and it was a nightmare. I'd avoid flats if possible because you don't know who's living all around you. After drug dealer got kicked out we then got a young couple move in above me and they partied and had a squeaky bed shall we say and the walls were thin and even heard sounds of adult toys 😮 so.... seriously think about living in a flat lol.

I like the second one. I would say that if the third one is stretching you thin enough that you can’t do other things that you want to do, it’s definitely not worth it since you have two other great options to choose from as well. Be smart with your money, especially with your first ever apartment!
