IUD removal

I had my iud removed Monday last week. 2 days after my removal I had no spotting then day three I had a full period. the flow lasted 5 or 6 days. and then I spotted for 3 or 4 days after off and on. now I'm only bleeding after sex. I know it's nothing of concern health wise I just had an annual that came back normal. is this my body working out some stuff still it's been 4 years since I had a period and before that I had 3 years of irregular periods so I forget how this all works.
