Possible miscarriage

I’m freaking out. I was on depo at first. My boyfriend and I have always had unprotected sex. But anyway. I switched from depo to the IUD in February and about a month later I started having really chunky mucus-y discharge. And really bloody mucus-y discharge after I pee along with my regular amount of discharge. It’s been getting worse. My discharge is really long and a tan color. And sometimes it’s so much when I take my pants off to pee it’s clumped up on my thigh. Do you guys think I could’ve gotten pregnant on the depo and then had a miscarriage after I got my IUD put in? I’m going to the dr Wednesday btw. Please help
