Help!!!!

So recently I’ve had more that usual discharge, and last night I think I was spotting for my period but today I woke up and my underwear look like this. I tried googling but I couldn’t really find answers, and it’s hard to go to my doc because it’s a really good family friend and my insurance is linked with my moms😭😭😭
