STOP SNACKING HELP

Mykaela

OK so I have a SERIOUS snacking problem, it all started when my son was about 2 months old and I was trying to find anyway tk actually enjoy the midnight feeds. he was a horrible sleeper and only slept for 20 minutes at a time so I resorted to watching movies and snacking. slowly I've become absolutely sugar addicted!!! even now when he is 7 months he still sleeps horribly so I've been still snacking all through the night on chocolate, chips, cookies, popcorn - legit anything I can get. I actually get anxious if I don't have snacks when I go to bed and will literally go to the petrol station to get some more. it's gotten to the point when I want snacks all the time so badly that when I get up in the morning the first thing I do is eat some chocolate or a few chips. all through the day I am looking for that sugar hit and just then as I looked at my empty cupboard I saw a pack of jelly and literally made it up so I could have jelly in 4 hours. and while I was making it I KEPT SIPPING IT LIKE AN ANIMAL. I am literally full from dinner and I am still dying for sugar. honestly I need help PLEASE anyone with any tips help a sister out, I weigh 15kg more then I did AFTER I had my baby
