Implantation bleeding HELP

I had my period the 5th of this month and it lasted only two days usually last 4 but he color was completely different it was like a perfect red then after 2 days I been just spotting but only when I wipe and the color is pink but its literally only when I wipe..I'dk what to think I took a test 4 days ago came up negative... Please help???
