septum piercing take out after a day!

So I got my septum pierced literally yesterday! The guy was at a professional shop and really good at what he does. He definitely pierced it too high and put a tiny ass earring in it that you can barely see. I don’t like it at all ! I don’t care if I spent $60 on it or not I just want it out. It’s not what I expected. I’m going back to the shop today so you think he will take it out for me ? I’m assuming I will just clean it like I have been while it heals with no piercing in it. Please help! Its not badly hurting but I don’t want to offend the piercer either. Please tell me your opinion and should I be able to remove it ?
