Appendicitis?

Has anyone ever had appendicitis? I have had some pain in the area your appendix would be.it has gotten worse over the last 3 days along with vomiting and severe nausea I have a Dr appointment later but I'm just curious what others experience if they did have it

If I had pain where the appendix was I'd go to the e.r right away.

Go to the dr!!I had the surgery in November for it, Do you feel like you have to make a bowel movement? And just cant? Thats another symptom,but I would go!!

If you think that your pain is from your appendix I'd go to the doctor asap! I had mine removed when I was 9 and the first hospital I went to told my mom I wasn't sick that I was faking it and we went to another hospital later that night and had it removed because it was about to burst. It's very very painful and I was throwing up so much it was crazy. Good luck!

Appendicitis sucks.  I couldn't keep water down. Vomiting, looked like somethig out of The Exorcist.  Pain that starts out pretty general, just stomach pain, then it concentrates to the lower right sides.  And it HURTS.  Like can hardly walk, don't touch me, good god please don't sneeze kind of hurt.  Generally, it doesn't take days to develop.  Mine got unbearable in about 12 hours after onset.  Was in for surgery about 24 hours after onset and it had burst.

If you cough the pain is intense. The dr asked me to and I refused. He examined me and sent me to emergency. Had it out a few hours later. Good luck
