Does my pit bull/Lab know I'm pregnant?

Yesterday, I finally let my dog into my room and she came and rested on my stomach with her elbows which she normally does when she can, Then....she did something strange o, o ....she started trying to sniff and chew on my boobie nipple. Can she know or is it just a dog in heat....I have no idea.
