What could this be?

So- yesterday my boyfriend went to the bathroom to brush his teeth before bed. I thought he was in there for a long time but waited a couple more minutes before checking. Finally he opened the door and his face was completely white and he looked clammy. I started to freak outa bit and walked him to the bed.

He told me as he was brushing his teeth his mouth and nose started to bleed. Then he told me his butt felt wet and when he reached his hand down it was covered in blood.

As I started to ask him questions he just kept telling me he was tired and just wanted to rest. So I got him some water and just monitored him all night.

This morning he said his stomach hurts still so we are going to the doctor in a couple hours. I feel so guilty that we didn’t go sooner and now my brain is going crazy.

Does anyone know what this might be? He asked me if i thought it could be cancer, and I don’t want to jump the gun but it put the thought in my head and now my anxiety is crazy.
