Cruise Lines

We have done one Carnival cruise and loved it. We aren’t partiers so I’ve heard there are better cruise lines if you aren’t interested in the clubs... So I am wondering if there is a cruise line where you don’t have to wake up at pretty much sunrise and go claim a chair. Our first day we had breakfast and got ready and by the time we went to grab a chair we walked around the boat twice and didn’t find anywhere to sit or anybody getting ready to leave their seat.. so every morning after that we had to get up and go out super early and I’d prefer to sleep in a little on vacation hahaha
