Side effects of TB test?

I had a TB skin test done 6/11 and went for my results 6/13 and they checked it off, everything was good. My arm has been itching since the test and yesterday I noticed I'm getting some shoulder pain and the spot itself feels bruised and is still pretty red. Am I just freaking out or is this normal? Also, today I woke up with a sore throat and been nauseated and weak feeling all day. Could be not related at all but has anybody had a TB test done and had any of the same things happen? please and thank you 😊
