Getting in better shape during pregnancy?!
Guys! I need advice, or tips?
I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and weigh in right at 200 lbs. I really want to be in better shape and be healthy for my baby. This is my second kid so I especially think it would be good to be in good shape later in my pregnancy since I won't have all the time to rest as I will be taking care of my son. Before I wasn't doing any kind of exercise or dieting so I guess I just don't know where to start being pregnant. I don't want to exert myself to the point of putting my baby is danger and I also don't want to deprive my baby of nutrients by trying to cut down big time on meals. I would just like any tips and tricks or advice you guys have. Has anyone actually ended their pregnancy healthier than they started? Also I don't have a gym membership and I have my son full time so any baby safe workouts I can do at home or with my 3 year old would be awesome!
