Breakfast: Oatmeal, peanut butter toast, eggs, cups of fruit. Lunch: peanut butter jelly, cut up vegetables, torn up meat, smoothie. Dinner: pastas, rice with vegetables, meat. Snacks/Nibbles: Muffins, cake, ice cream, sugar snack pea crisps, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, pepperoni slices, pickle. This is just off the top of my head, so I have probably given her more. Pretty much unless it's really chewy/sticky, tough, or crunchy I will let her have some in manageable sized pieces.
