Spotting and exercise:
Does anyone spot when they exercise? I’ve been on the fitness train for a few months and MOST of the time from doing squats I start spotting immediately after. I’ve already been to the doc and had a workup and ultrasound for this issue and everything came back clean, my doc’s best guess was that I’m injuring my vagina during exercise???? Or just a pesky hormone imbalance(she did not specify which hormones) It’s not always “old blood” either, sometimes it’s bright red. WTH?! Everything I’ve read says your body’s reaction to a new work out routine causing spotting(hormone fluctuations) will even out eventually, but it’s been like three months! Anyone relate or have insight or advice?! Thank you!!!
