Online it says that a heavy period is when you fill up "a pad" every hour. If I wear a 9 hour pad, I only need to change it once a day. If I wear a f*cking panty liner made for eight year olds who don't even have their period yet but are just afraid of getting it, it fills up in 30 mins. What's the deal???!!!! Do I have a heavy period or not?

Also, my period is heavier this time and I have no idea why. Usually at four or five days in it's just a trickle, but this time I still need to wear the 9 hour pads. Am I dying?
