It’s time for change

I’m so tired of being uncomfortable in my body I’ve decided to make a change. I’ve completely changed my diet. I started drinking apple cider vinegar three times a day, I do 200 crunches 100 squats a day plus whatever I do at the gym. As of this morning I’m 156lbs, my goal is to be at 130lbs. Anybody else on this same weight loss journey as me? Share your story.
