Should I be conceded?

I’ve been having extreme back pains, swelling, nipple tenderness, nausea (actually threw up a couple times) took a pregnancy test came up negative. Got my period a day late this month. Yet I’m still experiencing all the above listed issues. Usually a week before my period get intense cramps and some mild back pains but this month I had none of that just all the extra issues I stated. Probably not related but I’ve also been having a lot of dreams about being pregnant. Should I consult a doctor? Take another test? Should I be conceded at all? Don’t really have anyone to speak to about this stuff so I decided to reach out ladies. Anything will help.

UPDATE:

I’m now passing tiny clots. I’ve been getting my period for about 6 years now and I’ve never had this happened before. Would this be considered just a normal thing??
