help!!

tmi but for the past couple of days, my vagina lips have been itchy. it’s on the inside of the outside lips (i hope that makes sense) i can’t figure out what’s going on i haven’t changed any body washes or used anything new down there and i haven’t had sex in about a month, rn what i’m using is neva cream to soothe the redness. it helps for the moment but the following day it’s itchy again. any tips/advice?
