I'm going to ask my OB GYN when I am seeing her next week...but couldn't help asking. Did any of you experience constant and strong ache in the calf muscles and ankles? I'm jUst 8w4d and I'm craving to go for a nice foot and leg massage from a place I used to go to... But I'm scared about what they say about massages during first trimester... I know that this foot massage does include hot stones and acupressure..it is pure bliss. I almost took an appointment but then I looked it up and read about how massage is avoidable during the first trimester because it might trigger labor if done incorrectly.
