So my husband and I have been having problems for about two years now. Fights, arguments, false hopes etc. found out that he’s living with another woman who I suspected he was dating two years ago when I saw him and he on a pic. He told me she’s just a friend. Since then things changed. We never really spoke only about our daughter. We’ve only been intimate about five time since the incident and he barely come to visit. My daughter went there for a week and told me all about to woman which she calls Aunty. I showed her the pic I found two years ago with the woman and my husband and she said yes that’s Aunty. That she and her daddy lives together and Aunty bathe and cook for her. My soon to be ex husband denies this. But I found out through social media that the girl got marry on December 4, 2017. But I’m still legally married to my husband didn’t sign any divorce papers or was ever served. He refuse to divorce me or send any documents that he did. I’m thinking maybe he forged my signatures or scared to face bigamy charges because it’s illegal in the state that he lives Atlanta. I don’t know what to do. For almost a year I’ve been asking him about this and he refuse to give me any information or divorce. I don’t have money to pay for it.
