Strange indigestion and stomach pain

Last night my DH and I were driving and I got heart burn and stomach cramping like no other! It just hit me and lasted all night until I went to bed!! I get indigestion sometimes but not like that. It was unbearable!

Anyone else ever have this happen?

I am also in mr fertile week according to glow I don't know if that has something to do with it either.
