what are the signs of a miscarriage...

mine were low hcg numbers, numbers not doubling, faint lines that didht progress. my MC was early so physically it felt like AF

Honestly everyone is different this is what happened to me: 
Everything was fine. Went about my daily business about 3pm went to the toilet wiped and there was a tiny bit of brown blood. So I went to ER. This was on a Saturday so they said they would check my cervix, she said they were closed and that the blood was coming from the outside of my cervix as I had some raw cells there (caused by pregnancy). They booked me in for a scan but earliest was Wednesday ...
I kept getting the brown blood but no bright red or cramping ... 
Tuesday it had stopped completely. 
Wednesday I went for the scan the baby had died 10 weeks + 2 days. 
They call it a missed miscarriage because my baby wasn’t passing naturally and my body hadn’t recognised the baby had died xx
