Panty liners?

Im only 14 and dont know the difference between panty liners and full pads?

Panty liners are thin. I find them helpful when I’m ovulating, I have a lot more discharge then. Pads are thicker and absorb blood from your period; there’s lots of different types of these. You can get ones with wings which are little sticky bits on the side which help the pad to stick to your underwear better and ones without. You can get thinner pads and thicker pads, thinner for lighter periods and thicker for heavier periods and night time.

Panty liners are really thin. For people who have heavy periods it’s best to use panty liners and the beginning and end when your period is light.
