How to lose weight?

I cannot work out outside in the summer due to my high blood pressure and asthma unless it's in a swimming pool, but I am open to try other things. Also, all I drink is water. Edit: I don't have a car for the gym, and the gym near me said the membership was $10 a month. They took $80 out of my account for that month though. I went with my sister and her friend. They took out $80 on their's too. We got our money refunded, but I don't trust them to try again.

Change what you eat first and foremost. Download this app Nike Training Club. It’s a free app. Won’t cost you anything and you can work out at home using strictly body weigh. Naturally once you are back in a healthy state, the high blood pressure and medical issues should get better.

A healthy diet is key. As for the membership most gyms have a yearly fee which is probably what that $80 was. I would look around at gyms and see if ones affordable with a low yearly fee. You could also do at home workouts inside

From what I have been reading lately diet plays a much bigger part in weight loss than exercise. Exercise definitely makes you healthier. But eating less will make more difference. The only time I  am able to lose weight is when I severely restrict carbs. But then I worry about getting enough fiber and other nutrients. If you eat smaller portions and try to avoid processed foods and keep exercising, you should see results and feel better. Don't forget strength training. Things like squats and push ups can easily be done inside and don't require expensive equipment.
