I put in a fresh one just before my shower.  That's the wonderful thing about tampons - you can do everything with them in! 😜

Ive heard (i dont have any sources so i dont know how accurate  this is) that your supost to take a tampon out durring a shower to clean and air out your vagina, especially since theres so much stuff in there you want out.

Also i find it feels cleaner and more refreshing with a tampon

I feel cleanser if I take it out when I shower and then put a new one in after shower. My vaginia needs some breathing time and shower time is breathing time and I feel much cleaner if I don't shower with one in.
