Okay so this may seem really petty but if you share a path with next door does it class as trespassing if they go on your garden to play football ? I personally would say yes. But I've told them time and time again not to but they keep doing it. My partner says ignore them. But one of these days their ball will go through our window.  They privately rent while we own. And if I was to go play football on their garden in pretty sure they would drag me off by my ears. But The problem is that the last time I told them to get off the grass they went on it more purposely.
