I have no idea what this is but last night I fell asleep and then I don't know if it was just a really vivid dream or if I was awake but I felt like I couldn't breathe out of my mouth at all and then when I open my eyes I could but like my heart was racing after. I'm kind of scared to go to sleep tonight cause that really frightened me.. Has this ever happened to anyone?
