How do I know when I have ovulated?

So I am very new to temping. The reason I am even doing it is because I will have very strong positive OPKs for several days. (As I have PCOS) what do I need to look for to know if I have ovulated? And if anyone has any other info for me I am all ears. Thanks ladies!

You need to temp at the same time every morning, before even getting out of bed. I have my bbt thermometer on my night stand. You can temp orally or vaginally. I temp vaginally just because I’m a mouth breather some nights and my temps will be all over the place. 
To determine ovulation, you need to look for a temp rise between 0.2-a full degree. Glow will usually give you a coverline and your temp should stay above that until your period arrives. If it continues to stay up and you miss your period, take a test! 
Make sure you’re BDing prior to getting the temp rise. That’s you’re most fertile. It takes 24-48 hours to get a temp rise after ovulation.
